Riverstone Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Chippewa Falls

The location of this property was extremely convenient. Right off the highway and easy to find. It neighbors a gas station and a Festival Foods that make it easy to grab last minute things or gas up before heading out again. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest staff member. It was a quick and easy process to get checked in! The lobby was clean and the hotel was well taken care of.

This hotel is very modern and very clean. As of June 2025, the hallways and stairs still have that new carpet smell! Rooms feature a kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Guest laundry contains multiple washing machines and clothes dryers so that multiple guests can use simultaneously. Exercise facility exceeded my expectations as it includes a recumbent bike in addition to the standard workout equipment. The location is great for those needing a place to rest after a long day traveling with a grocery store and gas station/convenience store adjacent to the hotel.

Your staff at the front desk and housekeeping were excellent. The set up in our room was a big surprise. Everything that a person could use was there. Even a dishwasher wow. Everything about the hotel was so clean and refreshing.

All the amenities that were provided including refrigerator and stove. It was very comfortable.

Left before breakfast was put out. The beds were very comfy, as were the pillows. The whole place was very clean.
